In a tense moment during the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday, USC men’s basketball players were involved in an altercation with a Purdue fan following their game against the Boilermakers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The incident occurred as the players were exiting the court after their loss to Purdue.

Trey Kaufman-Renn matched a career high with 30 points, including the go-ahead free throws with 28 seconds left, and No. 20 Purdue scored the final five points to beat Southern California 76-71 in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament.
