Tesla is recalling thousands of vehicles due to a defective part that could endanger other drivers, including California motorists. The car manufacturer taking more than 46,000 of its Cybertrucks off the road due to an exterior trim panel that can potentially detach from the vehicle, “increasing the risk of a crash,” CNBC reported.
