The County officer who was shot by an alleged gunman in the precinct parking lot near UMBC has been released from the hospital.

The officer shot outside a Baltimore County Police station last week was released from the hospital Sunday. He was released around 1 p.m. from Baltimore’s R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland. Outside were a crowd of officers and a line of Baltimore County Police cars and motorcycles.

A Baltimore County police officer who was shot in the line of duty outside his precinct on Thursday has been released from the hospital.
