Due to the mild weather, money typically used by ODOT to keep roads clear of snow is not being spent. But where does that money go?

This year, the snow-friendly huts have returned to Cottage Row at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens. And they’ll also be open at the GRACE Foundation’s Sea View campus.
