Curry appeared to jam his hand and thumb area against Portland defender Justin Minaya. After shaking his hand, Curry exited the game and went from the sideline to the locker room. Curry later returned for the remainder of the game with his right hand being wrapped with some tape.

Stephen Curry sat at the postgame lectern Friday night inside Moda Center with a diamond pendant dangling from his neck and a  bag of ice taped around his right thumb.  “I’m feeling great,” Curry affirmed.
