Mario Bustamante Leiva, 49, was arrested on Saturday and charged with "robbery (stealth)" for stealing from Noem as well as customers at two other Northwest D.C. restaurants earlier this month. A spokesperson for the department said they identified Bustamante Leiva using, "video evidence."
