The Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) is fully closed in both directions due to flooding and debris blocking the roadway near State Route 27 (Topanga Canyon Boulevard), Tuna Canyon, and Big Rock. According to Caltrans District 7,

Caltrans had shut down the stretch between Carbon Canyon Terrace and Sunset Boulevard after debris from the Palisades burn area slid onto the roadway.

In an update Saturday night, Caltrans said PCH will reopen Sunday at 6 a.m. to residents with burn scar passes, contractors, emergency responders, and designated Metro and school buses.
