Virginia Beach police say 56-year-old Caroline Power was intoxicated during school hours at Princess Anne Middle School on Thursday, Sept. 12, and was found with alcohol in her possession.

56-year-old Caroline Power, of Virginia Beach, was found intoxicated after an officer responded to Princess Anne Middle School around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday for the report of an intoxicated person.
