UPDATE: (10:47 a.m. Wednesday, May 29) — The Pomeroy Volunteer Fire Department is releasing new details of a large fire that broke out at a house in the Village of Pomeroy Tuesday evening.

According to a post on the Pomeroy Fire Department and Firemen’s Association Facebook page, crews are already at work flushing out the flooding and debris on Main Street and other affected areas.
