PEORIA — Peoria Rivermen winger Jordan Ernst's career season in 2024-25 earned him the highest honor for a player in the SPHL. The veteran goalscoring ace was named SPHL MVP on Thursday.
It was the largest crowd for the Rivermen in 14 years, since 9,531 saw Peoria beat San Antonio 2-0, in the AHL on March 26, 2011. It was just 620 short of the all-time record 10,129 set in 2010.
