The family of Scott Spivey is publicly calling for a new investigation into his 2023 road rage shooting death.

“I had a f***** blast,” said Weldon Boyd, the owner of a North Myrtle Beach restaurant, in a phone call to his friend, Kenneth “Bradley” Williams, about the Sept. 9, 2023, shooting.
