The NASCAR Cup Series returns from a week's break to the madhouse known as Talladega Superspeedway for the Jack Link's 500 race on April 27. Talladega is a great opportunity for a midpack team to win and shake up the playoff chase before it comes into focus.

William Byron holds the top spot in the NASCAR Cup Series standings with 346 points, but it is Zane Smith who will start in the top position after running the fastest qualifying time. Kyle Busch and Joey Logano will start in the second and third pole positions.

NASCAR is back in action following its only weekend off in the 38-race schedule with a Sunday afternoon, April 27, showdown at Talladega Superspeedway.
