and it's claiming it set a new road-legal production car record lap time in the $2.7 million Mercedes-AMG One hybrid super sports car, beating the previous record time by a whopping 8 seconds.

The hybrid SUV can hit 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 171, even without the traditional V-8 powerplant.
