An open bottle of wine can start spoiling a lot faster than you think, and surprisingly, storing it in a Mason jar can keep it better, longer.

The Houston-based restaurant group will open the second location of Goode Co. Kitchen & Cantina on Dec. 18 at 9005 Katy Freeway, which once housed Mason Jar Restaurant, according to a press release.
