The Tire Warehouse distribution center on West Swanzey Road recently changed hands, according to documents with the town.

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. — Steve Shannon Tire Co. has acquired three retail locations in the Albany, N.Y. from Tire Warehouse Inc. The acquisitions were finalized on Jan. 7. Financial terms were not disclosed.
