One of Big Bear Lake’s eagle chicks has officially taken flight. Sunny, one of the two eaglets raised by Jackie and Shadow, was seen soaring out of the nest on Monday morning, captured live on the popular Big Bear Eagle Cam.

One of the Big Bear eaglets, Sunny, flew the nest for the first time, thrilling fans of the live webcam that monitors the family of eagles that includes mom Jackie, dad Shadow and sibling Gizmo.
