NEW DELHI: The organisations working to preserve and promote artistic activities under the administrative supervision of the Ministry of Culture have been operating with limited workforce.

UP State Lalit Kala Akademi will introduce a certificate course and a diploma course in place of hobby courses from the next session. The courses will be of one year duration and have 30 seats each.
