Lady Gaga is the Friday headliner at the 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. She’s performing at the Indio, California, festival for the first time since her 2017 debut at the event, when she famously replaced a then-pregnant Beyoncé as a headliner.

The superstar nodded to past looks throughout her illustrious career — from "Bad Romance" to "Poker Face" — and fully realized the character of Mistress of "Mayhem."

Friday night's performance marked Lady Gaga's second time headlining Coachella, but in many ways it felt like her true first time.
