Last year on April Fools’ Day, director Kevin Smith had some news. He told fans that his movie “Dogma” would be getting remastered and re-released for its 25th anniversary. They looked at the April 1 date and knew better.

Smith first teased the tour last October when Dogma was purchased by a new rightsholder, who reached out to the director and asked if he would be interested in touring the movie and bringing it back to theaters.
