A Connecticut bakery has opened its third location. Darien-grown Flour Water Salt Bread opened in New Canaan last week. The bakers first opened in Darien in 2018 and expanded to Greenwich in 2023.

Flour Water Salt Bread first opened its doors in Darien in 2018. Since then, it's grown to serve pizzas, pastries, cookies, donuts, sandwiches and a small selection of high-end grocery items.
