The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office will announce the arrest of a prominent drug dealer in a news conference on Tuesday. The sheriff’s office called the operation “the largest fentanyl bust in Manatee County history.

Detectives seized more than $1.7 million worth of drugs and weapons and arrested a local drug dealer, according to the sheriff’s office.
