The Ford Edsel Ranger "Kozy Kar Kamper" is a vehicle so absurd that you'd be forgiven for assuming that it's the result of a drunken Edsel owner hacksawing his slide-in pickup truck camper.

The Citation is perhaps the most iconic, but I'm a big fan of the company's station wagons. Ford was pretty confident in Edsel's success and launched the brand with a seven-nameplate lineup.
