Springfield Crossing developers Onyx Partners Limited plan a $65 million to $85 million project for the old Eastfield Mall site. The first buildings appear to be strip centers and outparcel locations.

Construction already has begun for the new Springfield Crossing Retail Development, which also will have a BJ’s wholesale club, Chick-fil-A and other outlets.
