DENVER — There are new gardens being built across Denver. Not the kind of garden you might be thinking of, but the kind of garden where you can harvest energy and donate it to low-income families.

CBRE estimated only 285,000 square feet of office space was being built in Denver before 1900 Lawrence, which will bring that total in the pipeline closer to 1 million square feet.
