Donald Trump has signed an executive order calling for the federal government to define sex as only male or female.

Copenhagen follows two other European countries in beefing up its travel guidance for citizens going to America after a spate of detentions at customs.

The advisories come after some citizens from European countries and Canada have been detained and deported by immigration officials while traveling to the United States.
