DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a lawsuit against a Dayton man and a cemetery association for allegedly failing to deliver gravestones after being paid.

The Ohio Historical Markers identify, commemorate and honor the important people, places and events that have contributed to the state's rich history.

At the end of May, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization parliamentary assembly will bring visitors from around the globe to Dayton.
