The former Roy High and Corner Canyon star — who was born in Kaysville and started his college career at USC before excelling at Ole Miss the past three years — is one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2025 class and is viewed as a potential first-round draft pick.

B/R's NFL Scouting Department ranked him as the No. 3 signal-caller behind only Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders in its latest big board of prospects. That would make him the headliner from the group behind Ward and Sanders that includes Will Howard, Jalen Milroe, Quinn Ewers, Tyler Shough and Kyle McCord.
