Passengers and crew traveling on the Queen Mary 2 from England to the Caribbean reported symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting.

More than 200 passengers on a transatlantic voyage aboard Queen Mary 2 have reported symptoms of gastrointestinal illness, prompting an active outbreak response by the Cunard Line and health authorities.

Of the 2,538 guests on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2, 224 reported getting ill on the current voyage along with 17 crew members, this month, according to the CDC.
