A South Florida bakery and café is going viral for its brioche cinnamon rolls sold only on weekends with rotating flavors.

A Minneapolis cafe named the maker of the "world's best cinnamon rolls" last month is closed Monday for additional staff training and cleaning as it continues to experience a huge surge in demand.
