The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected state Attorney General Josh Kaul's lawsuit to stop Elon Musk and America PAC from giving $1 million each to two town hall attendees.
Kaul asked the court to issue an injunction "as soon as possible but no later than the planned event on Sunday evening." The event is at 6:30 p.m.
