Steve was the original human discoverer of the Overworld, or the cubic universe like that of the Minecraft video game. He tamed his beloved dog Dennis with the bone of a dead skeleton and left the Orb of Dominance behind on Earth for Garrett (Jason Momoa) to discover and Henry (Sebastian Hansen) to put together.

After rock-bottom expectations following a string of disastrously received trailers, I'm pleasantly surprised to say that A Minecraft Movie is a lot more enjoyable than expected. It's not a great movie by any means,

Sebastian Hansen, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks and Jennifer Coolidge also star in the story of four strangers who must find their way back home after being pulled into a cubic wonderland created by a doorknob salesman.
