A bicyclist is dead after being struck by a car along Spring Mountain Road in Banks Township around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Carbon County Coroner Mark Smith said. Jancel Santos-Perez died of blunt force injuries, an autopsy done on Wednesday determined, and the manner of his death was ruled an accident, Smith said.
