Manchester United’s Europa League campaign seemed dead against Lyon, but somehow the Red Devils rescued an astonishing victory, scoring three times in the final six minutes of extra-time to claim a 7-6 aggregate win.

Manchester United blew a two-goal lead and then came back from 4-2 down in extra time to secure a place in the Europa League semifinals.

Manchester United have booked their place in the Europa League semi-final after a scarcely believable period of extra time. Lyon, having gone down to 10 men, scored twice to give themselves a 6-4 lead but, as United had done before them, the French side capitulated.
